Pilates improves your strength and posture while supporting your joints and improving your balance. We use a mix of machines, TRX straps and plyometrics to help you achieve your fitness and recovery goals.
TRX, which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is a revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.
CrossFit and Pilates are separate memberships. Class packages must be purchased separately and are not interchangeable.

Deb discovered her passion for strength and conditioning as a Division I college swimmer and went on to attain a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and a master's in Kinesiology.
She has certifications in CrossFit, weightlifting, strength and conditioning, and mobility.
