PILATES
Pilates improves your strength and posture while supporting your joints and improving your balance. We use a mix of machines, TRX straps, and plyometrics to help you achieve your fitness and recovery goals.
TRX
TRX , which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

DEB AUSTIN
OWNER / HEAD OF PROGRAMMING
Deb discovered her passion for strength and conditioning as a Division I college swimmer and went on to attain a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and a master's in Kinesiology.
She has certifications in CrossFit, weightlifting, strength and conditioning, and mobility.

ANA WEAR
OWNER / COACH
Ana found Crossfit in 2013. Having never considered herself an athlete she slowly began to experience the change "between the ears" that is typical of those that embrace
the CF methodology.
Her certifications include CF-L1,
CF-L2, CF-Kids, PN-1

CATTER BRODSKY
OWNER / HEAD OF PILATES
Avid in both Crossfit and Pilates, Catter relishes the challenge that both methodologies provide. She’s learned and experienced that there is no such thing as “too old to try” or just
“not built for it”, she loves showing people what they are capable of.
Her certifications include Comprehensive Pilates, CF-L1,
