CROSSFIT

CrossFit is a high-intensity workout that adjusts to your athletic ability and experience. We use a wide variety of movements, from weightlifting to gymnastics to cardio, to challenge and 
train your body safely and effectively.

1-ON-1 TRAINING

Let us help you achieve any goal you can dream of. Strong man competitions, climbing mountains, running marathons, jumping horses...We got you! 

OPEN GYM

Sunshine Athletics will be open 5:00am to 10:00pm daily. Equipped with all the cardio and weight training equipment you need to achieve your fitness goals

PROGRAMMING

Let us program your workouts. All you have to do is show up and do it. Take advantage of our open gym hours.

CrossFit and Athletics are separate memberships. Contact us for more details.

OWNER / TRAINER / COACH

 

Deb discovered her passion for strength and conditioning as a Division I college swimmer and went on to attain a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and a master's in Kinesiology.

 

She has certifications in CrossFit, weightlifting, strength and conditioning, and mobility.
